The Company was founded on January 1988 thanks to the achievement of Mr. Remo Visioli. He intended to build a flexible company, ready to be real partnership with the customers by proposing solutions according to their new packing and packaging needs.
By the end of 1980 the market was in a deep renovation and the customers looked with growing interest at the new technological offers of the market.
